Primalism is a work in progress, a vision and desire to make the world a healthier place and to help people fight diseases, be happy, lean and lead an active lifestyle!

    Hello Albert!
    A follow up note from MDA.
    I just wanted to thank you again for graciously sharing your story with the on-line primal community.
    I read many of the success stories on MDA, but couldn’t really realate. No offence to Mark, but he came from skinng runner/marathon guy to muscled-up primal. One woman had great after pictures, so I read her story: she initally lost weight with running, then began primal. I only found other such stories, or the skinny-fat guy stories. I’m not a runner…I can lift weights for 2 hours, but unless there’s a soccer ball or hockey stick in my hand, forget about running! I finally came accross your story and related to you and where you came from. I’m a bigger person and wanting to lose some body fat in a slow and safe manner. You demonstrated that for me. So that’s for opening up and sharing!

      Thanks for your comment Melissa!
      Eating whole foods and lifting some weights will get you where you want. It all depends on how quickly you want it to be or how much muscle mass you’d like to preserve but eating primal and exercising in a smart way (no more clocking hours of cardio on the treadmill) will help make you healthier and change your body comp.
